How do you explain Cruising? Well lets see; I have been on many cruises and there is nothing like it!

I just returned from the Royal Caribbean Cruise, "Liberty of the Seas" in Sept. I participated in the Seminar at Sea learning conference while cruising the Western Caribbean. They offered a lot of information to share with my clients and new friends. We learned and saw all the new and improved venues of the cruise ships, restaurants, shows, ambiance, room categories and more.

There are many new ships entering the waters for 2019 and 2020.

This was my first time experience going to ROATAN, HONDURAS. I selected an excursion that offered a beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue waters, along with music all day, and a lunch buffet that was outstanding. We also had the pleasure of swimming in the gorgeous pool water with fabulous water falls that made my first day so relaxing. They have their own special cocktails too. You must try them all. Transfers were included for the ride there and back and then off to shopping for those that like the souvenirs and more. The little town was adorable and you need to see the monkeys too!

My next day was spent going to COSTA MAYA. For this excursion I chose to learn Salsa Dancing; don't worry if you have two left feet. My partner was the dance instructor and oh this was so much fun. In addition, I also learned how to make the freshest guacamole in Mexico. They were making many salsa sauces of different types of taste from mild to hot. To finish this out we did a tequila tasting. OH BOY - this day was so much fun! My favorite was the chocolate tequila. YUM!

As your time allows, you can go to a quaint shopping or market experience on the beach strip. I experienced the beach that day as well with the bluest calm water and gorgeous landscape.

My 3rd day was going to COZUMEL. There are no words for this Island; a little sightseeing along the way with the Famous BUPPA GUMPS, Jimmy Buffet, MARGARITAVILLE, and Senors Frogs, just to name a few options for your afternoon lunch. People were dancing and music was everywhere.

The Mayan Cacao Company was a experience of a lifetime in making homemade chocolate with vanilla beans, cocoa powder and rolled very fine. It was a fun filled class, filled with laughter and great tastes of the island candy, cookies, and yes of course more Tequila and tasting for your afternoon pleasure of more fun. I have never seen so much chocolate, different flavors and designs that was all natural and of course delicious. Who knew that there is pure clear vanilla for baking? Surprise to me! Great for cakes and cookies too.

There are so many optional excursions to choose from. It is all personal preference as these include scuba diving, swimming with the dolphins, climbing and much more. Horse back riding is also available. Prices and times vary for your excursions. The Cruise Compass daily flyer tells you all about the activities offered, both included on the ship and optional at an extra cost. You are not required to do any excursions but I recommend including some during your cruise. Or you can sit by the pool and stay on the ship too while in port.

There are activities all day and night on ALL the RCCL ships. You will never be bored. There are many activities and lots of fun for kids and adults of all ages. The ship is also handicapped accessible. Rooms can accommodate wheelchairs if booked in advance. They even offer on board specialists for guests with autism.

I made so many new friends that I now call FAMILY. Even though it was a business venture for me, meeting and greeting people from all over the world made my heart full with happiness and love.

I thank you for reading my blog,
